At this time, due to hygienic reasons and COVID-19 safety, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for bodysuit orders.

For orders within the US and Colombia only:
We hope you love your Macarena pieces and visit us time and time again, forever.
In the event that you don’t, we offer store credit in exchange for your return within 30 days of fulfillment.

Macarena does not cover shipping for exchanges.
Items must be returned in original, folded condition.
For all other international orders:
International orders outside the US and Colombia are final sale. Macarena does not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
Defective Products
If you encounter a product that is not up to our standards of quality, please contact customservice@macarena.com and kindly provide images of your defaulted product. Our team works very hard to ensure high quality of all pieces and apologizes in advance for this inconvenience. We encourage a strict adherence to our Laundry Instructions attached to all pieces of clothing to ensure the quality of all products.
Defective materials should be sent back to the return address and your shipping fees will be reimbursed and sent back with expedited shipping.
